三、tendererQualification Requirements:

1.Having the ability to independently bear civil liability;

2.Have a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

3.Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capability for the performance of the contract;

4.Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

5.In the past three years, there is no major illegal record in business activities;

6.A transport enterprise with the "Road Transport Business License" and the permitted business scope includes the category of "chartered passenger transport"，And confirm that the vehicles and drivers provided by the transport enterprises have valid "road transport license", "charter passenger transport sign license", "driver qualification certificate" and other documents (need to provide relevant certification materials);

7.Provide project cases in the last three years (至少Contract for 3 chartered cars)。

五、Composition of quotation:

1.The tenderer shall provide the fare quotation by route according to the market principle。

2.The tenderer shall provide the proportion of ticket fee (according to the total amount of ticket fee collected by the line, the school will share the ticket fee)。
